Patient’s Age: 71 years Sex: M

Complaints:

Difficulty in Speech

Unsteady Gait 6 Months Ago Treatment

Rt Hemiparesis

Unsteady gait Persisting

History : Hypertension 10 years

No other ASO Risk Factors

Clinical Examination:

General Examination: Well Nourished

Pulse :74/min Regular

BP :140/80 mmHg Both upper limb

Examination of Vascular System

ALL PERIPHERAL PULSES WELL FELT, NORMAL

BRUIT OVER RT SCA & LT CAROTID ARTERY DISTAL

Investigations

Complete Haemogram - WNL

Blood Sugar ® - 94mg/dl

Urea - 36 mg/dl

LFT - WNL

Serum Creatinine - 0-9 mg/dl

 

MRI BRAIN
